Shipping and Delivery

I ship all paintings with Posten Norge AS. International shipping is available for paintings up to 53 × 73 cm. For customers within the EEA, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For artworks larger than 53x73 cm, or if you are located outside the EEA, please contact me so we can plan the shipment and calculate the shipping cost together. Please note that I do not include any local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes that may apply in your country. Estimated delivery time within the EEA is approximately 5–14 days, depending on location and postal services.

Alle maleriene kan sendes med Posten. Det tar 2-5 virkedager etter at pakken er sendt. For personlige barnebilder med navn, beregn 1-5 virkedager produksjonstid før forsendelse. Ellers kan maleriene hentes eller leveres i Tønsberg, velg dette i handlekurven.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your painting and wish to return it, that is completely fine. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The artwork must be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition as it was received within 14 days. Returns do not apply to personalized paintings made with a name.

Du har 14 dagers returrett fra den dagen du mottar maleriet. Retur gjelder ikke for personlige bilder med navn, da disse er laget spesielt til deg.

Kjøper dekker returkostnader. Maleriet må pakkes godt inn og sendes tilbake i samme stand og emballasje som mottatt.

Damages & Claims

If your painting is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. We will find a solution together. As the seller, I cover the costs related to transport damage.

Dersom maleriet blir skadet under transport, ta kontakt så snart som mulig. Vi finner en løsning. Jeg som selger dekker kostnadene.
